Pilot use

fndry.sh restricted pilot use. Contact: Wes Bailey, wes@parnotfar.com. This is a free Solo pilot qualified on a native Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 27.2, using isolated installations on a development Mac. Other platforms, minimum OS versions and fresh physical machines are not qualified. Work is ad-hoc signed, without Developer ID signing or Apple notarization, as approved for this pilot. No security bypass is supplied.

Use only an account and local workspace you are authorized to use. Review the installation code and account before confirming. Setup does not launch agent work or accept outcomes for you. Authorize each assignment, external change and transfer within its actual scope. Keep your own useful files and recovery copies; pilot availability and future compatibility have no service-level commitment.

The public Local CLI/Core package carries its existing Apache-2.0 grant. Work, ckpt and Skill remain outside that grant; Skill is proprietary material for authorized users under the existing scope. This notice grants no new license or distribution right. Solo includes local Work and operational Insights. Pro learning and Connect remain planned, and paid prices remain proposals. Optional ckpt is not installed automatically by Solo setup. Executor/model and third-party charges are separate.

This pilot-use notice does not introduce payment, an organization agreement, new warranty/liability provisions, governing-law terms or a new acceptance flow. Those are not prerequisites invented for this pilot activation.
